The Publican Awards are run annually celebrating the best in the pub UK industry. Hydes has twice won the top award in the category of Pub Company of the Year – tenanted/leased (10 – 99 outlets), beating off stiff competition from 5 other contenders for the national title.

We were measured up against the competition with judges looking at the support we give to our tenants, the training we provide, the ongoing development of our sites and the way we do business in comparison to the larger pub companies.  

 The Publican Awards judges commented: “This is a business which has demonstrated that an innovative approach, combined with sound forward planning, creates an environment in which entrepreneurial tenants are able to succeed."

Managing Director Chris Hopkins comments: “We were delighted to win this prestigious national award for the second consecutive year. There are well over 100 pub companies in the UK which qualify for this accolade, and it is fantastic to know that we are considered to be at the top of that league.
